The Advisory Group is composed of individuals invited by the President to provide advice, guidance, or assistance on specific issues affecting the Association. Members are selected because of their knowledge, experience, and expertise, and may include Past Presidents of the Association as well as other senior members willing to support the work of AFICS-PHL.
Provides advice and assistance to the President, the Board of Trustees, and the Executive Committee on specific issues, as requested.
May be invited to attend meetings to provide expert advice or perspectives on particular agenda items.
Supports the Association by sharing knowledge, experience, and professional expertise.
Any advisory role requiring longer-term engagement or involving budgetary implications shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees.
The Advisory Group is constituted by the President and may include members from within or beyond the Association. Past Presidents of AFICS-PHL may be invited to serve, together with other senior members willing to share their experience and expertise.
Members of the Advisory Group serve at the invitation of the President. Their appointment continues for the period determined by the President or until the Advisory Group is reconstituted.
The Advisory Group does not hold regular meetings. Individual members may be invited to attend meetings or consultations to provide advice on specific issues or agenda items, as needed.
